Alex G. Muller, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Alex Gabriel Muller is an artist and architect based in New York City. He is registered in Pennsylvania and New York. A native of Miami, he studied art at New World School of the Arts before earning a B.A. in Studio Art from Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT) and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, he was awarded the Will M. Mehlhorn Scholarship, a prize for work in architectural theory, and was the recipient of the Alpha Rho Chi Medal for leadership.

A focus of Alex's work is the interaction between the natural and built environments. He holds a Certificate in Ecological Architecture from Penn and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional. Alex was a founding member of Alloy Studio Works, a design collaborative, and has worked at the T.C. Chan Center for Buildings Simulation and Energy Studies, KlingStubbins, and SOM NY. He is an architect at Dattner Architects and is currently designing mixed-income housing in Queens, NY.
